Cscan 隐私政策

Cscan（以下简称「我们」）运营移动应用 Cscan（以下简称「本应用」）。我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明在您使用本应用时，我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护信息。

使用本应用即表示您同意本政策。若您不同意，请停止使用本应用。

1. 我们收集的信息

您主动提供的信息：例如您在应用内输入或提交的内容（如查询的代币地址、交易相关标识等），仅用于向您提供扫链、流动追踪、资讯展示等功能。
网络与服务通信：本应用需通过互联网连接我们的或合作方的服务器，以获取链上/市场相关数据与资讯。在此过程中，服务器可能记录与连接相关的技术信息（例如请求时间、接口类型、为提供服务所必需的设备或网络标识等），具体以服务端配置为准。
设备端本地数据：为改善使用体验，本应用可能在您的设备上存储部分数据（例如浏览或查询历史、应用设置偏好等）。此类数据主要保存在您的设备本地，除非另有说明或您主动同步，我们不会将其用于与本应用功能无关的目的。

本应用不要求使用相机、麦克风或访问您的照片库；当前版本亦未集成第三方广告追踪 SDK。若未来功能变更，我们将更新本政策并在应用内或商店说明页提示。

2. 我们如何使用信息

提供、维护与改进扫链、流动（大户/交易动态）、新闻资讯等核心功能；
保障服务安全、防止滥用、排查故障；
遵守法律法规要求。

我们不会将您的信息出售给第三方。仅在法律要求、或为保护我们及用户的合法权益所必需时，才可能依法披露。

3. 第三方与数据传输

本应用展示的数据与资讯可能来自我们运营的后端服务或合作数据源。该等第三方有其自身的规则，我们建议您阅读其公开说明。若数据跨境传输适用相关法律，我们将按适用法律采取必要措施。

4. 数据保留与安全

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留信息，或按法律要求保留。我们采用合理的技术与管理措施保护数据，但无法保证互联网传输或电子存储的绝对安全。

5. 您的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可就个人信息行使访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理、数据可携带等权利。您可通过文末联系方式向我们提出申请。对于仅存储在您设备本地的数据，您也可通过卸载应用或清除应用数据等方式删除。

本应用面向具有完全民事行为能力的用户。我们不会明知而收集儿童的个人信息。若您发现此类情况，请联系我们，我们将及时删除。

我们可能适时修订本政策。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内提示、商店更新说明或网站公告等方式告知。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的政策。

Cscan (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile application Cscan (the “App”). We respect your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: Content you enter or submit in the App (such as token addresses or transaction-related identifiers) to provide features including on-chain scanning, flow/whale activity tracking, and news.
Network and service communication: The App connects to our or our partners’ servers over the internet to retrieve on-chain/market data and news. Servers may log technical information related to those requests (e.g. time, endpoint type, and identifiers necessary to operate the service), as configured on the server side.
Local data on your device: To improve usability, the App may store data on your device (such as browsing or query history and preferences). This data is primarily kept locally on your device and is not used for unrelated purposes unless stated otherwise or you choose to sync it.

The App does not require camera, microphone, or photo-library access. The current version does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify you via the App or store listing.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve core features (scan, flow/whale activity, news);
To protect security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information only when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights and those of our users.

Data and content shown in the App may come from our backend or partner data sources. Those parties have their own practices; we encourage you to read their public notices. Where cross-border transfers apply, we take steps required under applicable law.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
